Why am I not surprised, we have to do better? I am not saying we must make everybody equal, but on the other hand the rich is already rich. Why should they get more money when they have a safe home to go to and food on the table ? They are people in America starving everyday and they are going to work everyday so they will at least have a home. The rich should do a better job giving back.
The interactive charts shows how the top 10% income has been growing while the bottom 90% has declined as the years go on. This is a problem I’ve been learning about since high school, but the problem only seems to grow. To me, it seems like the middle class will disappear and then what will be the repercussions of that? Studying abroad last semester, many Europeans would tell me that they “Work to live” and people in the United States “Live to work,” taking away from their way of life.
